GiggleGlory.com is an online marketplace for Children. Our endeavour is to include all Children related products across certain categories. Toys, Sports Goods, Books, Stationery and Birthday Gifts across brands are available for purchase. Other categories like Baby Care, Clothes, etc. will be launched in a phased manner over a period of time.
What is ‘My Account’ ?
My Account is your profile created by you on GiggleGlory.com. It contains your essential details, which would help in easy delivery for your purchased products. You can also mange your orders simply and quickly under ‘My Account’ by viewing product details, tracking orders, cancelling and returning/replacing etc.
Do I have to create an account to shop at GiggleGlory.com?
No, it is not mandatory to create an account to shop on GiggleGlory.com. You can alternatively login as a guest and shop. But we do suggest that you create an account so that your information is stored with us and you do not have to enter your details every time you shop on GiggleGlory.com. Also, you can earn loyalty points on very purchase you make at GiggleGlory.com. The record is maintained in your account. There are no charges to create the account.

How do I check status of my order?
You can check the status of the order on the ‘My Orders’ page. It will give you complete details on the movement of your order.
How are the products packaged for delivery?
Products are packed with waterproof plastic wrap, in addition, bubble wrap is used for fragile items. We ensure necessary packaging for the safe and secure delivery of the product.
Can I order a product that is “Out of Stock”?
Products listed as “Out of Stock” cannot be purchased or ordered. You can use the ‘Notify Me’ feature to be informed once the product is available in stock and can be ordered.
Does Giggleglory.com deliver product outside India?
No, we do not deliver products outside of India. However, the website can be accessed across the world and we accept orders from outside of India to be delivered in India.

How do I make the payment for the purchase I make on GiggleGlory.com?
GiggleGlory.com offers you multiple payment methods to choose from. You may use Internet banking, Credit/Debit cards from Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express, EMI on Credit Card, as well as Cash on Delivery option.
COD charges of Rs.50/- will be levied for the Cash On Delivery payment option (currently waived as a special offer).

What is Cash On Delivery (COD)? Is there any additional charge for availing this payment option?
You can pay for your purchase using COD payment option. Under this option you can make cash payment to the GiggleGlory partner after you have taken the delivery of the product. Please note, not all products/deals have COD option and not all delivery locations have the facility of COD, please check before completing the purchase.
A call will be made to the buyer for payment under COD and delivery process will be initiated after confirmation from the buyer.
Rs.50/- will be charged additionally for all payments under the Cash On Delivery option (currently waived as a special offer).

The price you see on the product page is what you pay. You can be assured there are no hidden charges on GiggleGlory.com.
For any order value, COD charges of minimum Rs.50/- (currently waived as a special offer) and Shipping charges of minimum Rs.50/- will be charged over & above the product price. This will be clearly visible at the time of purchase. However, please note, that additional charges for certain products may vary. In any case, the final additional charges will be made known at the time of purchase.
What should I do in case the payment transaction failed but the money was deducted from my account?
Please contact GiggleGlory.com with all relevant details and we will be happy to help you on priority. Based on our findings, we will arrange a refund in case GiggleGlory.com’s payment partner received the amount or intimate you in case you need to contact your bank for the reversal.
Delivery
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges are additional charges basis your total purchase value. For any order value, minimum Rs.50/- will be charged as delivery charges. Delivery charges vary according to the product and can be viewed alongside the particular product
What is the estimated delivery time?
The delivery time is mentioned along with the product details. Delivery time also depends on the destination of the delivery and also on the Product type. Usually it takes 2-3 business days, 4-5 business days or 4-6 business days in areas where standard courier service is available. For other areas, delivery may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location.
Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
Can I have different items in my order with different delivery addresses?
One order can have one common delivery address, in case you want to have different delivery address for each item/s, these will be entered as separate orders.
Does GiggleGlory.com deliver across India?
No, currently GiggleGlory.com delivers to select cities and towns in India. Please note, a delivery may not be possible at all PIN Codes within the Cities listed above as they may not be covered by the Courier company making the delivery. An Automatic check ensures that only those PIN Codes where delivery is possible are allowed to proceed to the final payment stage.
Why does the estimated delivery time vary from seller to seller?
Delivery time is related to product availability, geographic location of the Seller, your delivery location and the courier partner’s time to deliver in your location.
What happens in case of non-delivery due to non-availability of person at the delivery address?
Our Delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to GiggleGlory.com. Please ensure to provide available mobile number in the delivery address to help in quicker and timely delivery of the product.
Why can a product not be delivered to my location?
This is due to following reasons:
- GiggleGlory.com does not cover the location as part of their services
- Seller does not have your location as part of their delivery coverage
- There may be legal restrictions to deliver specific product/s or as a location
- Courier partner/s does not deliver to the location as per their policy.
Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order online before the product has been couriered (shipped). Your order amount (in case the payment has been made) will be refunded in the form of credit note into your GiggleGlory.com account. In case the cancellation request is received after the product has been couriered (shipped), the refund (in case payment made) will be processed once we receive back the originally ordered product. The order cannot be considered for cancellation once the item has been delivered, you may refer to return or replacement policy as and if it may be applicable to you.
The credit note can be used to purchase any product on GiggleGlory.com.
How long will it take to process the cancellation request?
Once your cancellation request is received, GiggleGlory.com will take 1-2 business days to complete the cancellation process. If the order status says couriered (shipped), we will process the cancellation but the refund process (in case payment made) will be initiated soon after we receive the cancelled item back.
How do I arrange for a pick-up for a returned item?
Contact us to initiate a return. As far as possible, GiggleGlory.com will facilitate the pick-up of the item, in case the pick-up cannot be arranged, you can return the item through any courier partner and we will reimburse the courier fee.
Can a product purchased under COD returned/cancelled without making the payment?
No, product purchased under COD cannot be returned, cancelled or replaced without making the payment, the request can be initiated only after making the payment.
The delivery partner is only to deliver the product and collect the payment in case of COD. They are neither authorized nor have the necessary tools to capture your return/replacement request. You will have to contact GiggleGlory.com for initiating such requests.
Can I open and check my order under COD before making the payment?
No, the payment has to be made on delivery of the order and subsequently the order can be opened/checked. The delivery partner is only to deliver the product and collect the payment in case of COD. They are neither authorized nor have the necessary tools to capture your return/replacement request. You will have to contact GiggleGlory.com for initiating such requests.

What is the replacement policy?
Replacement is applicable in case you have received a damaged or defective product or in case an incorrect order is delivered. GiggleGlory has a 48 hours replacement policy, please note that the products are unused, are with all original tags in original packaging with all parts & freebies and with a copy of the original invoice.
Please contact us for the necessary replacement. The product will be recalled and replaced with a new product at no extra cost.
Can part of the order be returned or replaced?
Yes, a return or replacement can be requested for an item/s, which is part of the multi item order.
Are there any scenarios under which the return or replacement will not be applicable?
Yes, there are certain scenarios under which return or replacement will not be applicable, such as:
- Return or replacement request is initiated after the specified time period
- Product is used
- Product is damaged due to usage or product is not in the same condition as delivered
- Manufacturer’s warranty covers the defect for which request has been initiated to replace or return, the buyer has to contact the manufacturer under such a scenario.
- Products with tampered or missing serial number wherever applicable
- The product is not accompanied by original price tags, labels, freebies (free gift wherever applicable), accessories and is not in the original packing
What is the pick up process for the return or replaced product?
Once you have requested for a return or replacement of the product, we will initiate the pick up of the originally delivered product. Please ensure that your return or replacement request does not fall under the scenarios as defined under “Are there any scenarios under which the return or replacement will not be applicable?” We will arrange pick up or you can ship it back to the seller, we will reimburse the courier charges to you.
What if I have requested for a return or replacement but now I would like to retain the product?
Please contact us to cancel the return or replacement request and the request will be cancelled.
How long will it take to receive the refund after I cancel the order or return the product?
The refund process will be completed between 7-15 business days after the necessary due diligence related to the cancellation or return process of the product. Therefore, please ensure that the requirement process is adhered to for speedy processing of the refund.
The refund amount will be in the form of a credit note transferred into your GiggleGlory.com account. The shipping and COD charges will be deducted wherever applicable. This credit note can be redeemed to purchase any product/s on GiggleGlory.com.
What is the process of refund in case a delivered order is cancelled due to wrong or damaged or defective products not covered under manufacturer’s warranty?
